GDA Plot Scheme at Madhuban Bapudham

Those who could not make it to the list of successful candidates under DDA Housing Scheme 2010 can still have an opportunity to buy land in Delhi NCR. Ghaziabad Development Authority is running a plot scheme for the allotment of residential plots at Maduban Bapudham. The last date of submission of the completed application forms has been extended to 5 May, 2011. In fact, the scheme has been running since March 16 this year, but seeing the rising demand from the applicants, GDA has extended the last date till 5 May, 2011. The draw is expected to happen in November this year and results will immediately be published after this.

The total number of plots up for sale this time is 690. The area of the plots vary, but the allotment rate per square meter remains the same for all properties. The rate is Rs. 13,600 per square meter. As the plots available are of varying size, the total purchase price and the required earnest money will be different for each category. For example, the plot with an area of 60 square meter would carry an earnest money deposit of Rs. 81,650 and the total sale price of Rs. 8,16,000. There are 250 such kinds of plots, which is the largest in number among all properties being offered.

The application forms for registration under Madhuban Bapudham plot scheme in Ghaziabad are available at select branches of five nationalized banks - State Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab National Bank, and Vijaya Bank Limited. People from Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana and Uttarakhand can find authorized branches of these banks in their states. The price of the form is Rs. 1,100, which should be paid at the counter of bank branch.
